How to fix Google Chrome Won't open on Windows 10

Method 1

Open Command Prompt on Administrator mode. 
Type: netsh winsock reset, hit Enter
then  Restart the computer

Method 2

Press Window + r, type "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\", hit Enter
Delete folder named "Default", then  Restart the computer

Method 3

Uninstall and Reinstall Google Chrome.  Go to Google Chrome properties , go to Compatibility tab and check "run this program in compatibility mode" select Windows 8, hit Apply.

Google chrome may not open because it could be blocked by some software on your PC.1. Turn off your antivirus and/or firewall programs.
2. Try top open google chrome.
3. If its works, you should create an exception in the program settings to allow google chrome access to the Internet

Removing malware
If chrome still doesn't start and you have unwanted toolbars that are coming back, you might have to run a malware check using Spybot or Malwarebytes.

Method 5

Some toolbars may be incompatible with your chrome version, which means that chrome can't load them and won't open itself.
Go to system->programs->uninstall programs. Look for browser toolbars and uninstall them.
